Undergraduate Photography Competition 2011

The School of Geography is holding a photograph competition for undergraduate students. We would like to see your pictures and use them to encourage other people to come and study Geography and Environmental Science at Queen Mary.

The entries should complete the statement 'Studying Geography at Queen Mary opened my eyes to...'. The picture could relate to something new your course has brought your attention to, or a new way of seeing something familiar. It might relate to how you see the social world or the physical environment, to something at home or far away. Your picture should be accompanied by a brief statement (100 words max) which gives an explanation of what is being shown.

The prizes for the three winning entries will be:
First prize: £50 Amazon voucher.
Second prize: £30 Amazon voucher.
Third prize: £20 Amazon voucher.

The winning photographs were announced on 14th February.
