Ellen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Urban Health, and has a broad interest in the social and spatial patterning of health and wellbeing with a methodological focus on longitudinal data analysis. Her ESRC-funded PhD at the International Centre for Lifecourse Studies investigated the temporal and spatial dimensions of the relationship between labour market status and psychological distress (University College London 2008–2011). Ellen’s background is in Geography (MA Cantab, 2004–2007) and Demography (MSc, LSHTM 2007–2008).
