Isabel Ruiz is an Official Fellow in Economics at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford. Her research interests include international economics/finance, applied macro and development economics. In these fields I am interested in the impacts of international capital flows (remittances and foreign direct investment) and international migration. I am also interested in different aspects of economic development in emerging markets with a special emphasis on Latin America.
