Physical Geography Laboratories
Francis Bancroft 2.22.33
The laboratory facilities for Physical Geography at Queen Mary have been upgraded and extended as a result of recent investment by SRIF (The Science Research Investment Fund). Laboratories have been designed specifically to cater for physical geography and environmental science research.
A range of analytical instruments have been purchased over the last three years to increase our research capacity. In combination with our field facilities this provides ample opportunity for varied undergraduate classes, postgraduate and academic research as well as enabling us to take on analytical work on a consultancy basis.
Laboratory use is co-ordinated by the lab manager Simon Dobinson. For enquiries regarding use of analytical instruments and our analysis service contact Laura Shotbolt.
