Dr Steve Cummins has been awarded a Philip Leverhulme Prize
31 August 2008
Dr Steve Cummins has been awarded a Philip Leverhulme Prize. The prizes, which are worth £70,000 and can be spent on research support, are awarded to outstanding scholars who have made a substantial and recognised contribution to their field, and who demonstrate potential of correspondingly high promise. This is an absolutely wonderful achievement and a real recognition of Steve's many research contributions. Many congratulations indeed to him for this success. Steve joins two other members of the department who have received the Prize in recent years: Miles Ogborn and Alison Blunt.
