Queen Mary is the University of London’s only central London campus. The School of Geography is located on its main campus in Mile End, which is home to most academic schools, the central administration, Students’ Union and Main Library.

The main campus is also home to the new Student Village. Opened in 2004, the village contains over 2000 student flats, and a variety of other facilities. Its landscaping and architecture have won a number of awards. The Student Village offers safe and secure accommodation on the banks of the Regent’s Canal just five minutes from the City of London and 15 minutes from the West End’s night life and employment opportunities.

The a thriving Students’ Union has a wide range of societies you can join, ranging from Art and Photography to our active Geography Society who organise regular social and charity events.
